I actually have enjoyed...(gulp) playing video poker at 5dimes.......
Unfortunately.....I was never the recipient of a Royal Payout over years of playing.....
while I have about 7 or 8 Royals at Brick and Mortar shops.....
Maybe just a coincidence? Can't say......
I simply had them "disable" the casino.....
and now my "horseraces" are disabled....
Next ...the sportsbook........and then the Lotto.........LOL
Pretty good Comedy here.......and like I say.......abit more serious Customer Support would be nice.....on the part of this company....
This is a business...I understand.....but the customer relations have a lot to be desired.....
While some agents are PRIMO.....others are NASTY.......more training is in order......
I run a business......and the customers are treated very gently.....with respect......and that is why we have incredible GOOGLE ratings....
